Lead design for SugarAI, turning uncertain AI capabilities into CRM workflows people can understand, question, and trust.
Shape how AI insights, summaries, and recommendations appear in the product, with clear signals about what the system is doing and why.
Work with product, engineering, data, and design partners to decide where AI is useful, move concepts into shipped workflows, and strengthen the work through critique.
Mentored 5 designers and onboarded 6 designers into product areas, patterns, and review practices so they could contribute with more confidence.

Puroresu Project, Independent

Founded a research-driven digital brand and archive that makes Japanese professional wrestling history easier to explore and understand.
Lead brand direction, research, information architecture, UX/UI, editorial systems, and front-end development across an archive of wrestlers, matches, venues, timelines, and cultural history.
Grew the project to 206k Instagram content views, 71k accounts reached, and 15k website page views by connecting editorial storytelling, social content, and archive exploration.

Designed CRM workflows and dashboards for people working through dense customer and sales data, from early discovery to shipped experience.
Built flows, prototypes, and design-system patterns that made complicated work easier to follow and gave product teams a more consistent foundation.

Made complex data integration and analytics workflows easier to understand across Pentaho’s enterprise products.
Owned the Pentaho design system, creating shared patterns, component libraries, and standards for teams working across the product suite.
Worked with product, engineering, and customers to test concepts, resolve workflow questions, and guide implementation.

Designed core experiences for NetForum Pro and NetForum Enterprise, carrying the work from early sketches through implementation.
Redesigned shopping and checkout so membership and commerce tasks were easier to understand and complete.
